RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your pair of boots as much as we do! But, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can make it right. Only unworn, unaltered boots with original packaging and unbroken tags qualify for an exchange or return within 30 days of the original purchase. Only purchases made directly at support@saminda2.us will be considered for returns or exchanges. Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Notes

If product is returned outside the 30-day window or if worn, damaged and not in original packaging, Bonanza Boots will be unable to honor or refund the merchandise. Unqualified product will be sent back at customer's expense.

How do I return my items?

Once your return is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your return label and shipping instructions.

Please return your item using the original shipping box you received it in.

What are my return options?

We currently offer returns for an exchange, refund in the original form of payment or store credit. 

What's your free exchange policy?

We offer complimentary shipping on your exchange to help you get the perfect fit. Unworn, unaltered product may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?

If you pay for Ground or Expedited shipping and decide to return an item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. You will only receive a refund for the items that are being returned.
